We are located in the village of Lake Placid, 10 minute walk to downtown. We are less than a mile from the arena.

What are your office hours?
9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, 7 days a week.

Yes, we have FREE Wi-Fi to all accommodations.

What time is Check-in & Check-out?
Check-in is after 3:00 PM, if you will be arriving after 9:00 PM you will need to call us on the day of arrival. Check-out is by 11:00 AM

What are your prices?
You will find prices for all accommodations for at least the next 5 months on our web site. Click here to "Check Availability" and for current prices.

Do you offer a AAA, AARP, or other discounts?
You will find the lowest discounted rates on this web site. Go to the "Check Availability" button. For the best package price for skiing or golf, go to those links on the Main page.

What credit cards do you accept?
MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards.

Do you accept personal checks?
No, we accept credit cards, cash, travelers checks, or money orders for payment.

What is your deposit policy?
A deposit of one night or half of stay, whichever is greater, is required at the time of booking.

What is your cancellation policy?
Our standard cancellation policy is 14 days prior to arrival date, cottages are 30 days. For special events and group bookings a 60 day cancellation notice may apply. Please ask the reservation desk when booking.

Can I bring additional people?
You must call in advance of your reservation to find out if the accommodation you have booked will allow an additional person(s). If you do not make prior arrangements, we reserve the right to refuse service to additional person(s).

Do you have parking for more than one vehicle per unit?
We limit parking to one parking space per unit. If you are traveling with more than one vehicle, or a larger vehicle that will take more than one space, you must let the reservation desk know this when booking.

What is considered Peak and Non-Peak season?
April 1 - June 19th, 2008 and Oct. 15 - Dec. 23, 2008 and most midweek days during the Winter months are non-peak. All other times are considered Peak season.

Do you have a minimum night stay?
Yes, during peak season we have a minimum night stay for most of our accommodations. Click on the "Check Availability" button on the Main page, and this will give you the minimum night stay and price for our accommodations.

What does a kitchenette include?
We have a couple of different types of kitchens/kitchenettes. Rooms with kitchenettes have refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and cabinet with dishes, utensils, sink. There is a small eating table in front of this area. We have one Deluxe Lakeside One Room Suite that also has a stovetop. Cottages have a full kitchen. Do you have a hot tubs, jaccuzzis, or indoor pool?
No, but we have an outdoor pool which is open seasonally.

Do you offer breakfast, or have a restaurant on premise?
No, but we will give you a Dining Guide which has restaurants, menus and prices. Most restaurants are a short walk or drive from our Inn.
